Below are some commonly asked questions we have received in our work with our clients.

How long are the appointments?
Healing sessions are usually about 55 minutes. Spiritual Readings are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes. Spiritual Life Development appointments last 60 minutes.

How many sessions will it take?
Just as it is in western medicine, there are no hard and fast rules for your personal healing because much depends upon the extent of your illness, injury, or condition, your attitude, lifestyle, and length of time that you have been experiencing a lack of health. We have had many clients who have seen a reversal of their health condition after only one or two appointments. Other times, more appointments are needed to create permanent change.

Every body is unique in it's capacity to heal. How quickly a person heals is due in part to variables such as:

• Willingness to heal (on the surface it's always "yes," but underneath?)
• Time (some things take time, such as tissue growth)
• Toxicity or Congestion in the body (definitely hampers healing)
• Severity (intense or severe conditions won't always heal quickly)
• Emotions and Mental framesets that resist healing
• Nutrition, Diet, and Exercise

All of the above play a role in your healing response. Our goal is to bring your healing in the most efficient, yet effective, way as possible - this is the reason why we offer so many modalities that address healing on the body, mind, emotional, and spiritual levels of life. You can encourage your healing by adjusting your lifestyle to create a healthier physical and spiritual "space" for healing to occur. And of course, you may make additional appointments, if desired and needed, at the end of your healing session or by emailing or calling your therapist as we continue to work on your healing together.

Where are you located?
In North Central Phoenix, Xen Healing Arts is located at 16042 N. 32nd Street (just south of Bell Road), Suite D-14. Our office is conveniently located near Highway 51 and Loop 101, making us easily accessible from Scottsdale, North and Central Phoenix, and the West side. How much do you charge for your services?
The fee for a one-hour Healing Therapy appointment is $65.00. The fees for spiritual readings are: 30 min - $50.00, 45 min - $65.00, 60 min - $75.00. We offer specials from time to time in addition to healing packages. The fee for a single Spiritual Life Development session is $75.00. We accept cash, credit/debit card, and personal check.

Do you accept insurance?
No, we are not able to take insurance payments for our services.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, and you may pay for your therapy, workshop, coaching sessions, or products by credit or debit card. We have a secure card swiper at our office and with us on location. We are also PayPal Verified and accept credit cards through PayPal for our online workshop registration and long-distance spiritual readings. Your information is safe - we do not have access to nor retain any financial information of our clients.

Do you make "house calls?"
Very rarely. Because of our schedule, we are usually unable to travel to your location for healing services or readings. On some occasions, William will travel to your location for healing or spiritual readings if a number of people are desiring his services at that location. If you would like to talk to William about coming to your location, please contact him to inquire about cost, schedule, and guidelines.

Do you diagnose illness?
No. No therapist at Xen Healing Arts will offer you medical diagnosis of any kind. We will offer you our feedback of what is occurring within your energy field as we receive impressions during our work together. We insist that you always seek the advice and counsel of your primary care physician with medical concerns.

Are you a licensed counselor/psychologist?
No. Neither William nor Christy are licensed to practice psychology at their office and therefore, do not provide mental health counseling to anyone. As trained professionals in Meridian Energy Healing, William and Christy are able to assist you in your emotional healing journey by working with the energy of your emotions and the impact upon the physical body, partnering with your traditional medical care. MET is known world-wide as a viable support for emotional difficulties as it deals with the underlying energetic causes of your emotional distress. If you are experiencing emotional or mental challenges, you should always seek the services of a licensed mental health professional or your medical doctor.

Are you available to speak with my group, office, or at my function?
Absolutely! William loves meeting new people and sharing ideas. He is available for booking at your club, office, group, or retreat/workshop events and may be contacted via telephone and/or email.
